Our next open meeting will be held on Thursday, June 6th at 7:30pm at 2522 Linwood Road, Parkville. We invite you to join us at the next meeting to learn about our exciting events and efforts to connect with our own neighbors and the communities around us.
Holiday Art Sale
A group of about five artists is planning a holiday art sale/reception at the Harford Park Hall on Sunday, December 2. The focus is on affordable work with a casual presentation (work does not need to be framed or on elaborate festival displays). The hours of the event have not been finalized yet, but it will probably be from around 11 or 12 until 6 or 7.
We are seeking one or two additional artists or crafters from the Harford Park community to join us, if desired. Participating artists will be asked to contribute to the hall rental fee ($40 or less per artist, depending on final number of artists participating), contribute something for the refreshment table, and help with setup/breakdown of the event. Additional details for the event will be discussed and decided on by the group of participating artists.
We will attempt to divide the space in the hall evenly among the artists. You’ll have room for at least one table for your work, but possibly more. We are willing to consider any art or craft that is handmade (so no Avon, etc.) If you would like to participate, please contact Joanna Barnum at joanna@joannabarnum.com.
