How to Join

To join, download a Harford Park Membership Application and return with your dues to 2522 Linwood Road in Parkville, Maryland by either mail or at a regularly scheduled meeting.

You do not need to be a resident of the neighborhood to join, but non-residents to have different privileges and responsibilities under our by-laws.

HPCA is a group member of Destinations Credit Union, which means every member of the HPCA in good standing is eligible to become a member of the Destinations Credit Union. If you join both the association and DCU for the first time, the credit union will pay your first year membership dues.

Harford Park Community Association

The Harford Park Community Association was incorporated in 1939 and designated as a 501(c)4 (community association) non-profit in 1944. The HPCA has been an integral part of the neighborhood for the last 72 years.

Harford Park contains nearly 950 homes in the county and city of Baltimore within its borders. The history of the community and the Harford Park Community Association extend back to before 1939.

The Harford Park Community Association needs your help with ideas on how to use the community building at 2522 Linwood Road for fund-raising and community-building efforts, but most of all it needs you to be a member!

Umbrella Organizations

Harford Park is a HARBEL Member Organization and member of the Citizens Planning and Housing Association, both of which support our efforts in the Baltimore City and surrounding metropolitan areas.
