A former ballplayer from Harford Park Little League and now working in the game as a pro scout wants to bring back Baseball at North Harford Rec. at 6800 Hamlet ave. Next year 2008 is the goal to start RBI Baseball teams at the park for 18 & under and 13 to 15 age groups.We are collecting old and used equipment,uniforms,helmets, cleats,gloves,balls,scorebooks,
equipment bags,wood bats etc.,ok. Also want many coaches, retired people welcome and seeking new young coaches that played high school or college ball that live in the area!. Did you play pro ball or coach, scout, please call us to be on board and help coordinate personnel.Help bring Baseball back to the fields that once had the second highest enrollment for over 10 years for Baltimore City Baseball Little Leagues.Thankyou Harford Park Community Association for 53 great years,but since you stopped and folded up Baseball in the fall of 2005 the fields are empty and look terrible!Email Stephen at universityscoutsusa@yahoo.com to show interest.
