This is being sent to everyone even though these are only occurring in a specific area. Within the past 2 weeks in 2 different areas we have seen a number of shed burglaries. Area 1 is between Old Harford Road and Harford Road north of Joppa and south of Placid. The other area in Precinct 8 is along Perryview Road. Please also note that White Marsh Precinct has experienced a large number of shed burglaries on Forge Road and Joppa Road adjacent to Belair Road.

These are occurring on all days mostly overnight hours. The suspects are getting in through either unlocked sheds or by cutting the lock or forcing the shed open. Once entry is gained most items taken are power tools and/or lawn equipment.
