At the Thursday, June 5, 2008 meeting of the Harford Park Community Association we will be stuffing 1,000 envelopes for a community-wide mailing. Anyone who can attend this meeting at 7pm and stay afterwards to help with the process will be welcomed with open arms. We'll be in the usual spot at 2522 Linwood Road.

In preparation for this I'm compiling a list of all the addresses in the neighborhood, checking it against the returned mail from the last mailing, updating the names of any new registered owners who have moved in since May of 2007, and formatting and printing out the 1,000 labels.

I would like to teach at least one other person how to do this, and the easiest way to do that would be for them to come watch over my shoulder while I do it and ask questions. I would also like to teach a few moderately tech savvy neighborhood residents how to administer the harfordpark.org website and this e-mail announcement list so that neither fall silent anymore when I get busy at the
office.
