The new 25,000 square foot Perry Hall Library (County)On March 23, Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith and area elected officials "cut the ribbon" at the Perry Hall Library - officially opening the new facility on Honeygo Boulevard. This new larger "green" building replaces the original 1963 Belair Road library.
