The Harford Park Community Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has existed for development of the general welfare for the Harford Park neighborhood continuously since October 5, 1939.

HPCA meetings provide a forum for residents to discuss issues with the appropriate decision makers and agencies. Residents are welcome to attend meetings to ask questions, raise issues, and show support for our community. Together we can make a difference in our community and keep it a great place to live, shop, and raise a family.

Come to Our Next General Meeting, Thursday, September 4th, 2025, 7:00 p.m., on Zoom and in person at the HPCA Community Building , 2522 Linwood Rd.

You can participate either in person at 2522 Linwood Road or via Zoom.  The agenda includes HPCA updates, a crime report from the Baltimore County Police, and reports from both the city and the county, featuring Councilman Mike Ertel.
