The Harford Park Community Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has existed for development of the general welfare for the Harford Park neighborhood continuously since October 5, 1939.

HPCA meetings provide a forum for residents to discuss issues with the appropriate decision makers and agencies. Residents are welcome to attend meetings to ask questions, raise issues, and show support for our community. Together we can make a difference in our community and keep it a great place to live, shop, and raise a family.

Come to Our Next General Meeting, Thursday, September 12, 2024, 7:00 p.m., on Zoom and in person at the HPCA Community Building , 2522 Linwood Rd. 

You’re invited to explore the newly renovated community building! The Hall now features enhanced accessibility with a new bar area and bathroom, thanks to the support of our State Senator Kathy Klausmeier and Delegates Carl Jackson and Harry Bhandari.

Join us for our next general meeting on Thursday, September 12th, at 7:00 pm. You can participate either in person at 2522 Linwood Road or via Zoom. The agenda includes HPCA updates, a crime report from the Baltimore County Police, and legislative news from our District 8 representatives.
