The Harford Park Community Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has existed for development of the general welfare for the Harford Park neighborhood continuously since October 5, 1939.

HPCA meetings provide a forum for residents to discuss issues with the appropriate decision makers and agencies. Residents are welcome to attend meetings to ask questions, raise issues, and show support for our community. Together we can make a difference in our community and keep it a great place to live, shop, and raise a family.

Come to Our Next General Meeting, Thursday, November 5, 2026, 7:00 p.m., on Zoom or in person at the Harford Park Building – 2522 Linwood Road, Parkville.

Join us on Zoom or at the Harford Park Community Building (2522 Linwood Road) for HPCA news including neighborhood happenings and upcoming events with HPCA and a crime report from Officer Stefanowicz from the Parkville Precinct 8 Baltimore County Police Department Community Outreach Team.

The annual elections for the board of directors of HPCA will be held at this meeting. The HPCA board welcomes new board members! This is a great opportunity to give back to your neighborhood and serve the community.
