The Harford Park Community Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has existed for development of the general welfare for the Harford Park neighborhood continuously since October 5, 1939.
HPCA meetings provide a forum for residents to discuss issues with the appropriate decision makers and agencies. Residents are welcome to attend meetings to ask questions, raise issues, and show support for our community. Together we can make a difference in our community and keep it a great place to live, shop, and raise a family.
Come to Our Next General Meeting, Thursday, February 2nd, 7:00 p.m., in-person and by Zoom.
Join us on Zoom or at the Harford Park Community Building (2522 Linwood Road) for HPCA news including a crime report from Officer Goorevitz from the Parkville Precinct 8 Baltimore County Police Department Community Outreach Team. Also joining us will be Adam Whitlock, Chief of Baltimore County Code Enforcement, to answer questions and provide information about rat eradication measures.
