Got a garage full of stuff you’ve been meaning to deal with? Looking for a great deal on other people’s things? Here’s your excuse.
The Harford Park Community Association is hosting a spring flea market on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hillcrest Swim Club parking lot (7500 Queen Anne Dr, Parkville). If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move it to Sunday the 17th.
All are welcome to browse and shop. Pre-registration is required for vendors, so please read on for information.
The basics
A 10’x10′ space can be secured with a $10 donation. There are 30 spaces total, first come first served – so if you’re thinking about it, register sooner rather than later. Setup runs from 7 to 8 a.m. You’ll check in when you arrive before pulling into the lot. One vehicle per space, no trailers. Bring your own tables and chairs — we don’t provide those. Everything needs to be packed up by 2 p.m., and please take your trash and any unsold stuff with you.
A few other things worth knowing: no food or drink sales, and any taxes on what you sell are your responsibility. The Association can turn away merchandise it considers inappropriate.
Vendor registration is online only and is required. Vendor donation will be accepted when checking in upon arrival in cash only.
If it rains
Sunday, May 17 is our only backup date. If we need to move to it, you’ll get an email at whatever address you registered with.
The waiver
When you register, you’ll sign off on a standard liability waiver. The gist is that the Association and our volunteers aren’t on the hook for damaged property or injuries that happen during the event. The full text is on the registration form. You will also sign a hard copy of this waiver upon check-in.
Head to the registration page and grab a space before they’re gone. See you May 16.
